Our Story
Back in 1987 as a young Journeyman Electrician in Calgary, Canada- Al began a new and exciting career with the Calgary Fire Department. With a brand new, beautiful baby girl, he embarked upon this new chapter at the Fire Academy, bringing skills as a Tradesman and Builder having built his first spec home at the ripe age of 20 years. With the advantage of shift work, Al made the best use of his time off with a second job constructing homes and doing contract framing for several Calgary Home Builders and at the same time, he built several new home projects in Calgary and the surrounding countryside constructing two estates at Spruce Meadows, one for a Lotto 649 winner.
Life brought Al first to Dallas, TX and ultimately to San Diego, CA where he continued his "side gig" of home construction which included an eleven home cul-de-sac development with his Father-in-Law Norman Dalberg.... another Norseman, and with this experience in his tool bag, Al continued real estate development that included projects in San Marcos, Big Bear Lake, and Hurricane, Utah.
